PIP · LOGISTICS COORDINATION

Direct from producer to buyer.

PIP coordinates the shipment path from the selected producer to the buyer’s agreed destination. Commercial and logistics coordination takes place in the United States of America; the goods follow the agreed transport route.

  1. Producer

Confirm the product, specifications, packing, pickup location and shipment readiness.

  2. Transport

Coordinate selected carriers, shipment documents, inspection and agreed handling.

  3. Buyer

Coordinate with the importer for destination receipt and delivery requirements.

Coordination from pickup to handover

Certification & document coordination

Collect relevant product and facility certificates, test reports and inspection records from the producer. Review issuer, validity, product or facility scope, and destination document-acceptance requirements.

Freight & route planning

Sea, air and inland transport options, freight quotations, shipment size and producer pickup planning.

Packing & export documents

Coordinate packing instructions, commercial invoices, packing lists and applicable origin or export documents.

Inspection & shipment readiness

Coordinate agreed inspection, loading evidence, package identification and handover with the producer and appointed service providers.

Cold-chain coordination

For temperature-sensitive goods: confirm temperature requirements, packaging, handling, transit plan and monitoring evidence.

Import & customs liaison

Coordinate shipment documents with the buyer’s importer and appointed customs broker for destination review.

Tracking & delivery handover

Coordinate shipment milestones, exception updates, destination handover and agreed proof-of-delivery records.

Clear responsibilities before shipment

Your written proposal defines each party’s role, carrier and importer, delivery scope and Incoterm, included and excluded costs, inspection, insurance where agreed, schedule and payment terms.

PIP coordinates with the producer and appointed transport, inspection and customs providers. Service scope, route, availability and destination requirements are confirmed for each shipment before booking or commitment.

CERTIFICATIONS & COMPLIANCE

The right evidence for the product and destination.

PIP coordinates certification requirements with the producer, importer and appropriate certification or inspection bodies within the agreed transaction scope. Depending on the product and destination, documents may include halal, veterinary health or phytosanitary certificates, origin and conformity documents, material test reports or inspection records.

What gets reviewed before shipment?

  • Issuer, document reference and validity dates.
  • Product, facility and batch scope tied to the shipment.
  • Destination requirements and issuer acceptance where required.
  • Missing evidence and the responsible party before agreed shipment release.

PIP provides certification coordination; the appropriate bodies issue certificates. A catalog listing does not establish product certification or destination approval.
