INVITATION
Pakistani manufacturers and producers across all product categories may submit their capabilities for PIP review. Exporters and aggregators may also respond, clearly identifying products they source and the actual production arrangement. This is an information request, not a purchase tender, order, supplier approval or promise of business.

REQUESTED INFORMATION
1. Legal company name, website, business and production-site locations, and official sales/export contact.
2. Products manufactured in your own facilities versus products sourced from others; state your role and production/export arrangement.
3. Current catalogue, product descriptions and six-digit HS codes where known. HS codes are indicative and subject to transaction-specific classification.
4. Measurable product specifications, applicable standards, sizes/grades/materials, packaging, labeling and available technical data sheets.
5. Installed capacity and currently available monthly supply capacity separately, minimum order quantity, sample availability and normal production/dispatch lead time.
6. Current certifications, issuing bodies, covered products/sites and expiry dates; relevant test reports and product/export approvals.
7. Current export markets and destination-readiness experience, with business references only where authorized to share them.
8. Optional non-binding indicative currency/pricing basis, quotation validity, Incoterms/location and commercial terms.

SUBMISSION
Email a concise company profile plus relevant catalogue/specifications and current certification evidence. If replying for several categories, distinguish the products and facilities clearly. PIP reviews product fit, evidence and export readiness and may request clarification. No response, qualification or award is guaranteed. Do not send bank details, passwords, personal identity documents, proprietary formulations, private buyer details or confidential third-party agreements; redact unrelated personal information.

TERMS
Participation is free and voluntary. No fees, exclusivity, capacity reservations, confirmed orders, agency appointment, government authority or purchase/payment commitment are created. PIP does not claim to be a government procurement authority. Any future transaction is subject to a defined requirement, verification and a separate written agreement. Submissions are sent to PIP for review and are not published on this page.
