PIP — REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (NON-BINDING) Reference: PIP-MEAT-2026-1009 Posted: 9 October 2026 (UTC) Requested response: Tuesday, 13 October 2026, 17:00 Pakistan time (UTC+5), equivalent to 12:00 UTC. This is a quotation response date, not a buyer delivery deadline. If more time is needed, advise your expected response date. Reply: jason@punxsybuild.com Subject: PIP-MEAT-2026-1009 | [Company] | [Species lots] Fresh chilled halal meat, Pakistan origin. Quote only the lots your plant can supply and is currently eligible to export. Quote each species separately; no substitutions without disclosure. A. Young male Katta buffalo: HALF carcasses, 90–100 kg PER HALF (not whole-carcass weight). B. Goat: whole carcasses, 9–11 kg each. C. Lamb: whole carcasses, 12–18 kg each. D. Fat-tail sheep: whole carcasses, 12–18 kg each. E. Kashmiri sheep: whole carcasses, 12–18 kg each; confirm breed. QUOTATION SCENARIOS Possible 1 metric tonne (1,000 kg) net-meat trial, subject to buyer confirmation. Quote separate indicative 5, 10 and 25 metric tonne net-meat scenarios where feasible, with your minimum order and lot mix. These are pricing scenarios, not confirmed orders, scheduled purchases or guaranteed volumes. No committed buyer, importer, delivery date or award is represented. PRICE AND DELIVERY BASIS State currency, price per kg net meat, total for each lot/scenario, and quotation validity. Quote FCA [exact Pakistan plant/cold-store/airport handover address and point], Incoterms 2020. If offered, provide separate optional CPT and/or CIP quotations to Riyadh (RUH) and Dammam (DMM), specifying the exact destination cargo terminal/airport point. Identify all included and excluded responsibilities, destination handling, import clearance, duties and onward delivery; identify insurance scope for CIP. CPT/CIP destination does not change the need to state the carrier handover/risk point. Itemize product/plant charges, inland refrigerated transport, export documentation and certificates, inspection, cold storage, terminal/handling, air freight and insurance where applicable. State net meat, packaging/gross and chargeable weights, package dimensions, airline route/transit assumptions and any minimum freight charges. CAPABILITY AND DOCUMENTATION Provide legal company name, plant location and establishment number; distinguish own processing from third-party sourcing. State current plant/export registrations, PHA/halal certificate scope, issuer and expiry, and evidence of current Saudi eligibility for each proposed species. Provide available veterinary health, halal, origin and inspection documentation and identify any missing approvals. Eligibility and destination acceptance remain subject to verification; an RFQ listing establishes no approval. State current available capacity (not just installed capacity), minimum order, earliest realistic production/dispatch lead time, quote validity and proposed payment terms. Describe carcass dressing/trim, breed/age, quality controls, traceability and any deviations. Provide packaging and labeling specifications, validated chilled temperature range, cold-chain monitoring, total shelf life and minimum remaining shelf life at arrival, with supporting basis. State production/slaughter-to-dispatch timing, transit assumptions and inspection arrangements. SUBMISSION AND TERMS Email the quotation and relevant company/product documents. Do not send passwords, bank credentials, personal identity documents or confidential customer contracts. Redact unrelated personal information. Acknowledgment is not an award or acceptance. This is a non-binding request for quotation issued by Punxsutawney Integrated Partners LLC (PIP). No supplier fee, exclusivity, reservation, procurement or payment commitment is created. Do not procure, reserve capacity or incur charges on PIP's behalf. Buyer confirmation, due diligence and a separate written agreement are required before any transaction.
